Constructive Feedback Without Anxiety
Rehearse a feedback structure that starts with context and impact, not character judgments. Try: “In yesterday’s client demo, when the slides ran long, we lost time for questions; the client looked disengaged.” Invite perspective, then co-design a next-step experiment. Practice body language, pause to let ideas land, and end with support you can actually provide. When feedback feels collaborative and specific, anxiety recedes, improvement accelerates, and the relationship strengthens because both parties feel respected, informed, and genuinely committed to progress.
